At Maison de Mère, each vintage and antique piece is a unique find that carries its own history, character, and charm. Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of these items, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Every order is handled with care, with pieces carefully inspected, wrapped, and shipped from our California studio. Please allow an additional day for preparation before your order is sent. If your item arrives damaged, please contact support@maisondemere.com within seven days of delivery so we can assist you.
Shipping & Returns Policy
All U.S. orders are shipped from our California studio with multiple delivery options available at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order, and we never add any extra fees or markups beyond carrier rates.
Maison de Mère also ships internationally. Simply add your selections to the cart, and the shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout according to the destination and total package weight.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact support@maisondemere.com for instructions and assistance.
